South El Monte Sister City will create a Dia De Los Muertos Altar in memory of Bobby Salcedo and we will also be raising money for our Holiday Family baskets by selling Candy Calaveras (“sugar skulls”) and Tamales.
We will be located by the Cosmetology School Park Area.
